The caloric deficit is the lack of calories to reduce and maintain a balanced weight, that is, to spend more calories than those ingested to avoid gaining weight and even achieve a gradual weight loss.
Is this a good practice?
Well, this depends on where the calories themselves come from, the calories are not bad and in essence they aren’t what becomes abdominal fat.
Losing weight quickly doesn’t require you to become obsessive about checking the calories of all products, you just have to be careful of consuming carbohydrates.
The human body is capable of burning calories simply by using the unwanted fat that is already in the body, you just need to regulate what you consume, avoiding adding more of this unwanted fat.
Where does the unwanted fat really come from?
The real enemy when you want to lose fat are carbohydrates, which bring us empty vitamins, they convert glucose that later turns into fat!
You really don’t need to avoid all calories, just try to avoid carbohydrates and you will see results quickly.

What are the carbohydrates?
To make it a simple concept, carbohydrates are present in all foods with which flour can be generated and also foods made from flour, these are: rice, pasta, spaghetti, bread, cookies, potatoes, corn and cheeses.
